Executive BIOSPat Hanigan, President and CEO

Pat Hanigan
President and Chief Executive Officer

Pat founded QUE Financial in April 1988. Prior to that endeavor, he worked as a sales and marketing representative for a national collection agency. During this time, he recognized a clear need for a more patient-oriented approach to managing self-pay accounts, and started his own business. Pat graduated from Boise State University in Boise, Idaho with a liberal arts degree and is also an honorably discharged U.S. Marine Corp veteran. He actively supports both HFMA and AAHAM.

Gil Hough
Vice President and Chief Financial Officer

Gil joined QUE Financial in September 1994. Prior to joining QUE Financial, Gil spent 23 years in the banking industry, primarily with First Interstate Bank. Whether he's calculating profitability, budgeting for capital expenses, doing financial reporting, invoicing, or simply running payroll, Gil keeps the financial systems operating smoothly. Gil graduated with a political science and history degree from the University of Idaho in Moscow, Idaho.

Jere Burch
Vice President and Chief Operating Officer

Jere joined QUE Financial in October 2003. Prior to joining QUE Financial, Jere acquired over 20 years experience in customer service, human resource development, and operations management. Her most recent experience was gained working as Vice President of customer service at DIRECTV, Inc. Jere plays a key role at QUE Financial managing our client liaison and patient account teams, as well as overseeing our quality assurance, information systems, data integration, and human resource departments. Jere graduated with a computer science degree from the University of West Florida, in Pensacola, Florida. She also holds a Masters degree in Organizational Psychology from UWF.

Marsha Linford
Vice President, Business Development

Marsha joined QUE Financial in May 2007. Prior to joining QUE Financial Marsha was Northwest Sales Director for Per-Sé Technologies based in Alpharetta, GA. She brings with her nearly 20 years of experience in healthcare business office solutions and financial services. Marsha is a member of the Healthcare Financial Management Association and the American Association of Healthcare Administrative Management. She has attended Lower Columbia College and Montana State University as well as Great Falls Business College.
