History
QUE Financial was founded in 1988 by our owner and President, Pat Hanigan, and was incorporated in the state of Idaho as Accounts Receivable Management Systems, Inc. We began as a one-man operation with a vision to manage your self-pay accounts receivables in a whole new way - by maintaining the highest level of patient and business office satisfaction without utilizing collection agency techniques.
As the company evolved, it was essential to emphasize our unique services and to better differentiate ourselves. Thus, we began doing business as QUE Financial Serviceware Technologies, or simply QUE Financial. At the root of this name is the word "QUE", which means "to remind." It truly embodies the non-harsh, yet effective, reminder techniques we use in managing self-pay accounts receivables.
Pat's vision continues today and is the foundation of QUE Financial's success and growth nationwide.
