History
QUE Financial was founded in Boise, Idaho in April of 1988 by Patrick Hanigan, President and CEO, as Accounts Receivable Management Systems, Inc. (ARMS). Our name was later changed to QUE Financial Serviceware Technologies, or simply QUE Financial.
With a vision to manage current self-pay receivables in a consistent and patient-friendly environment, Pat launched a successful suite of solutions tailored to meet the unique needs of healthcare organizations. Without utilizing aggressive collection agency techniques and by maintaining the highest level of patient and business office satisfaction with our clients, QUE Financial continues to provide proven results in self-pay receivables management to the healthcare industry through our SOLUTIS™ suite of products.
